Mario Party 10 was developed by Nd Cube and Nintendo and was published by Nintendo.  It was the first in the series to utilize amiibo.  It was released in March 2015 worldwide.  Nintendo released a limited edition bundle that featured the

     There was a special mode that focused on Bowser called Bowser Party.  The fifth player controls Bowser by using the Wii U GamePad.  Players try to make their way around the board while avoiding Bowser and losing all their hearts.

     In Mario Party mode,  players travel across the board in a car.  This play style was introduced in Mario Party 9.

      In amiibo Party, up to 4 players use their amiibo characters in the game and their token is represented by a 3D amiibo character.  Each supported character has their own board.

     The game received mixed reviews from critics.  Many critics complained of the required use of purchasing an amiibo to play amiibo Party.
